Privacy Policy

Overview

NFDT Private Uploader is a private, non-public automation used solely by independent artist defdeus to upload original videos to his own authorized YouTube channel. It is not offered as a service to other users.

Information the tool accesses

After the channel owner expressly authorizes access through Google OAuth, the tool may access only the YouTube account information needed to perform its functions, including:

• basic identification of the authorized YouTube channel;
• permission to upload and manage videos on that channel;
• video metadata such as titles, descriptions, visibility, and playlist placement; and
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection.

The tool also processes video files that the owner deliberately selects for upload. It does not collect passwords, scrape YouTube, access other creators’ accounts, or download other creators’ content.

How information is used

Information is used only to upload the owner’s original videos, apply owner-selected metadata, organize uploads into a playlist, and maintain the private YouTube connection. It is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.

Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Data is disclosed only to Google/YouTube as necessary to provide the requested upload and channel-management functions, and to infrastructure providers used solely to securely operate the private automation.

Storage, security, and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in access-controlled server infrastructure and are not exposed through the public website or iPhone Shortcut. Selected video files are stored in private storage for processing and archival purposes. Credentials are retained only while the owner keeps the connection active; uploaded source files and associated records are retained until deleted by the owner or no longer needed for the tool’s operation. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect this information.

Your choices and deletion

The authorized owner can revoke the tool’s Google access at any time from the Google Account connections page. The owner may also request deletion of stored credentials, source files, or related records by contacting the address below. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically delete videos already uploaded to YouTube.

Google API Services

NFDT Private Uploader’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the tool’s functionality or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
